We called yesterday and had one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with the intake people. We spoke with someone named Sheiela (hope I’m spelling that right), and she was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us kindly, apologized for any wait time (even though it wasn’t long), and immediately explained what information would be needed or required when reviewing if we met guidelines for assist with a criminal expungement. What a joke. First off, they answered the phone with an attitude and continued to respond with annoyance. Second, there’s absolutely nothing “volunteer” accessible with these people that came with attitudes. I hung up right away the moment she started to try and do the initial intake. Luce spoke with me and she told me they that she and her coworker personally will find peoples claims that qualify to call them and deny the people who are eligible so they can avoid doing anymore work then they have to. Humorous!
