Are you volunteer or Platinum? Make up your mind - refer to my feedback given under platinum insurance agency. Clearly you don’t know customer service let alone which agency you are.
When the new staff - new owners? took over this insurance company, the help went downhill. There is no follow through - no customer service, they speak over when you're trying to explain something, etc - Telma was awesome and she would expedite everything. These people just don't know what they're doing and I've had to call numerous times to correct things. I no longer use them after 25 years. That speaks volumes!
