I don't recommend this company. If the patient has unrelated issues and ask to go to the ER the nurse may actually say you may not even make it to the hospital. Or say they won't give you any pain meds if you go to the hospital. While I know you can go to the hospital for a short stay on hospice I have been informed this company can not. Makes one wonder if they can't go into facilities why should they be allowed in homes. There's my rant. FYI 1 star because 0 wasn't allowed.
I give these five stars to the resent nurse's that attended me. Their coming made my day and gave me something to look forward to. My sister passed away last year and now I'm not far behind her those ladies without even knowing, through their caring and kindness helped me emotionally more than they will ever know. They are what hospice stands for and I will miss them and I never got to tell them. It is said we reap what we sew these nurses harvest shall be great. If you like a company that will break into your home threaten you with law enforcement and talk to you like a dog then look no further hospice is already hard but the lady in charge of this place has been a nightmare I would strongly advise against using them or a&e medical also at volunteer hospice the love to violate hippa laws and just give information out as they please so please if you are considering them for your family please look elsewhere
