Unfortunately, our experience with this hospice company was very disappointing. Throughout my father-in-law’s care, we were not satisfied with the nursing care or the way his treatment and care decisions were handled. After deciding to transition to a different hospice provider, we expected a smooth transfer of his records and continuity of care. I give these five stars to the resent nurse's that attended me. Their coming made my day and gave me something to look forward to. My sister passed away last year and now I'm not far behind her those ladies without even knowing, through their caring and kindness helped me emotionally more than they will ever know. They are what hospice stands for and I will miss them and I never got to tell them. It is said we reap what we sew these nurses harvest shall be great. I don't recommend this company. If the patient has unrelated issues and ask to go to the ER the nurse may actually say you may not even make it to the hospital. Or say they won't give you any pain meds if you go to the hospital. While I know you can go to the hospital for a short stay on hospice I have been informed this company can not. Makes one wonder if they can't go into facilities why should they be allowed in homes. There's my rant. FYI 1 star because 0 wasn't allowed.
