This morning my family member with cancer had a blood pressure crash of 58/44 and I called for help because I was scared and needed advice. The staff member did not connect me to a nurse, she said “take it again and call me back in five minutes” in a dismissive tone. What if it was not the caregiver calling, but the patient with the low blood pressure? I didn’t bother to call back and no one made a follow up call to me. Very disappointed!!! I got help from a neighbor.

I was very pleased with the care and attention that was shown by the staff when they took care of my grandfather. The nursing staff, physical therapy, and occupational therapy were all attentive and kind. They all made my grandfather feel like a priority. We would never choose anyone else for our home care services.

*edit 1- They replied to reach out to their branch manager, but when I asked to speak to a manager, it was Melissa. Not sure it will do much good! Original -Don’t worry about dealing with Melissa. She’s the office manager, doesn’t listen and couldn’t care less about helping. Listen to her condescending attitude when she answers the phone and you’ll understand.

This is not a good company to do business with. I would say they are untruthful but the fact is they just lie. They say they are going to do something like meeting a patient for treatment and then don't show up. They canceled my brother in law as a patient for basically no reason and then made up untruthful statements to justify their actions. Find a company that does what they say they will and not lie.

Registered on Monday, physical therapist was scheduled and arrived on Wednesday. I was set up quickly to have physical therapy on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
