We had a great experience with our nurse! Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend volunteer.
My physical therapist ,Anita, gets 5 stars. We set up a scheduled day and time the first day she was here. Regardless she always text me that she was on her way. She was professional, upbeat and uplifting every visit. We always did what I was capable of and if that was laying in bed that’s where we did my exercises that day. I am truly grateful for her and wish I never would’ve had to be discharged from therapy. As far as nursing, that’s where the problem lies. They never offered to set up a scheduled day or time. Definitely not qualified to have a business. They say they can meet your needs and then they can't get u nurses or they call out all the time! They have let my family suffer because they can't do there job! Look elsewhere please!
