I would recommend thinking twice before using Volunteer Hearth & Home to install a fireplace. We have been arguing and fighting with them for several years to correct a faulty install that allowed water to leak into our home and soak our sub floor. Many times, it took several calls to get them to look at the issues and each time they came the problem did not get resolved, but in reality, continued to get worse.
