Just wanted to say thank you 🙏🏻 all for power outage tonight! People seem to whine a lot but your team are out there working to get it back up! Just saying 🙃
A scheduled power outage for today from 8 PM till 11 … makes no sense. Why do it at those times? When people are getting home from a long days work . Trying to make dinner and give all the kids baths and laid down for the evening. Nobody likes to lay down in the heat. With no power. In my opinion this is absolute bullshit. Could have picked a better time than this to do it. A highly pissed customer.
Power outages, and on top of that, the automated calling system is garbage. Should be opened 24 hours so we can make payments up there instead of the automated system
