A lot of people on here blaming vec for long outages because can't do anything until they get tva permission to fix a problem sometimes this takes hours look close at your billing statement vec only gets around 22.00 everything else go to TVA be mad but be mad at the right ones
This is the WORST electrical company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I wish to God there were other options but they monopolize.
These people can never get any outage took care of in a timely manner. There not to ones worrying about there food going bad In the fridge if I could choose another company I would. Y'all are trash
