A scheduled power outage for today from 8 PM till 11 … makes no sense. Why do it at those times? When people are getting home from a long days work . Trying to make dinner and give all the kids baths and laid down for the evening. Nobody likes to lay down in the heat. With no power. In my opinion this is absolute bullshit. Could have picked a better time than this to do it. A highly pissed customer.
Power outages, and on top of that, the automated calling system is garbage. Should be opened 24 hours so we can make payments up there instead of the automated system
A lot of people on here blaming vec for long outages because can't do anything until they get tva permission to fix a problem sometimes this takes hours look close at your billing statement vec only gets around 22.00 everything else go to TVA be mad but be mad at the right ones
