Nice workers
Bills keep going up,not because of my use but thier tva usage. Tva energy this month was 82.53, that doesn't include the other tva charges such as gas which was 27.36 this month. It is getting to were we owe over $100 before we even get billed for what we actually use. This is just sad.
The executives and engineers of this company should be ASHAMED!! For the frequency of power outages to the customers.
The ladies that work there are always awesome, warm and welcoming.
