Constant power outages without weather, with weather, it doesn't matter. When they do eventually get power back, I swear the electrician is sitting there laughing while flipping the switch on and off. For those of you wondering why your electronics and appliances are dying, it's constant power on and power of surges from their incompetence.
This company takes way too long to restore power. Nowhere else have i lived that its this slow. Food ruined because they cant get power back.
Watch your bill, they stuck me with an outdoor lighting charge and I’ve been trying to get my money back for two months now! How companies like this get away with adding things to your bill without your consent is ridiculous. Update: I got in touch with the right person and they fixed the issue I had with VEC. THANK YOU!
This business is a complete joke with an area way too big for them to offer every customer competent service. Buy a generator, you will need it!
Powers been off 11 hrs 2/16/2025 did my research. Fairfield Glade came before anyone else in the county LIKE ALWAYS !!!! I know people who work for VEC they say they don’t put the Glade first but anyone who lives here knows better. It’s all about the money and corruption in this town always has been and always will be just like our country.High society always comes first. FYI 17 hrs without power now
