We rented the Magestic Oaks cabin and it was wonderful! It was clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas, and was just right for our family. The view was great, too! The gas fireplace started easily and warmed things up nicely. The folks at Volunteer Cabin Rentals are super nice and helpful in every way. I believe they genuinely wanted everything to be perfect for us! We will rent from Volunteer again!
Stayed in the cabin called Lake Song. Absolutely horrible experience. Parking was terrible for our family van. They have no pictures online of the driveway and that is quite intentional. The lower level of the house is not even attached to the a proportion of the house. This is not clear from the description. Heavy mouse activity in the lower portion of the house with mouse pellets everywhere. My wife had to clean it out before my children could stay downstairs. Gas grille, shown in pictures is not even present at the cabin.... read more
The cabin was awesome, the view was awesome and Volunteer Cabin Rentals is awesome. Amazing customer service and fair prices and fees. We have been staying with them for many many years and always enjoy our stay. They are super quick to respond to any concerns. The cabins are always neat and clean. We highly recommend. Thank you
