If you want reliable go somewhere else. Got a car 2 months ago and come to find out a non Kia engine was put in the car so now Kia won’t touch the car. Had to get a new car due to the Kia’s engine going out. Also said when I got the car they ordered a part for me well I never received that either. STAY AWAY! Very shady company! Will not recommend anyone to this company.
Take a lawyer with you when you do paperwork with this company, we were lied to, we were mislead. Nothing is as it appears with this company. Very unwilling to correct issue that was created. I do not recommend doing anything with them. Misrepresentation from their sales Manager has really hurt us . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE WHOLE COMPANY. Worst dealer ship around!!! Take my word and go somewhere else.
Bought 2 cars from dealership in one day and booth were bad deals. Car 1 had a polished bumper that hid a dent that disabled park assist safety feature whe I asked them to fix they admitted they knew about it yet sold as a clean carfax. Car 2 was unprofessional deal that fell through due to insurance salvaging a car I traded in then dealer added to the stress by refusing to release car to insurance company.
