The thrift store is getting more and more disappointing. They have weekly discounts on colored tags, but they have adopted Goodwill's practices of having almost all of their tags the non-discount color. Probably 90% of the clothing was orange tagged, which has no discount. The prices are ok, but they have some overpriced items. They have jeans priced at $12-15. These items are donated. They should not be that expensive, regardless if they are name brand. It's DONATED stuff.
Needs some fine tuning. It’s an okay place. Nice staff. Nothing extreme to report. It just needs a little more love and care.
This is a place where you can get the Best deals on consisignment clothes for the whole family and through the week they have a free lunch from 11to one it's a great thing in Calhoun
The people there are subtle with their racism like last week I went to the food bank,waited in line,saw what they were giving everyone in the boxes,(which was filled to the top) and when I got mine I only had one pack of meat, cupcakes and bread.the white lady I was riding with just gave me her box because she said that wasn't right.my only regret is that I didn't record it but I will remember next month.They also won't help you with bills if you are black.the short lady in the office told me to be up there 9 am on Monday an... read more
Want a bargain its here waiting for you. Plus it helps out the community. Easy road access. Wednesday is senior day. They always have specials going on.staff is always friendly and ready to help when needed. I always go here to finds odd and ends. Need a missing piece to something you can probably find it here. They also have a large clothing section. House wares, clothing,toys,furniture and more.
