Customer service was great but the hair quality was terrible. It was definitely synthetic hair blended bc the hair didn’t even last for 2 months. So disappointed. I paid $200 for nothing! And I can’t even get a refund!!! I still have the hair to show it matted.
I’m a regular of Kenya’s. I get silk presses at least once a year and since coming to her my hair has grown tremendously. If you are looking for a natural hair stylist I highly recommend coming here!
I first met Kenya back in July when I was in town looking for someone to tighten my enclosure and rows. I was diagnosed with Scalp psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. 100000/10!!! Kenya will make sure you walk out of her shop like a celebrity! She walks you through each step of the process. I have had full alopecia for 6+ years. Kenya made sure to have my custom hair peice/lace wig looking fabulous for my wedding day. She installed it perfectly with her own custom glue "cutch da lace" which is exactly what it does!!! Voluminous is awesome with great service and the owner is wonderful. I am very satisfied with my unit, it is gorgeous. I highly recommend this salon for great quality of hair and outstanding services.
