Our original appointment was for 2 pm for two appointments at the same time. They booked it with the same person making the other one an hour later. Not sure what at the same time was hard to understand . Then they send a text 5 mins after the appointment was set & said it was a no show. You have nothing better to do than time people? 5 mins , 10 mins later wouldn’t have made any difference. Huge thank you to Chloe Gillies and volume salon. The best perm and fade combo I have ever received. Super professional service with a top notch consultation that got me an amazing haircut. I came in for a very important appointment—my graduation hair—and showed the stylist a clear picture of exactly what I wanted. It was something I had been planning for weeks.
