Booked an appointment for a full set of lashes. Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment only to find the building locked and dark inside (and yes, it was the correct location as it had the name of the studio on the door). Tried calling the number provided, which went to an answering machine. Waited around until about 5 minutes past when the appointment should have started and still, no one showed. No one has contacted me, either by phone or email. Only good thing about it is it saved me $250.
