I got my hair done by Morgan a few months ago. I’ve previously gotten my hair done by her, but I was postpartum and desperate to feel confident in myself so I booked another appointment to see Morgan. I asked for a balayage. She said it would be no problem and gave me a price. I specifically requested that my shadow route didn’t go way too far down my head because I wanted to live in it a little bit longer. Was totally hoodwinked on the price. Was told one price and then charged more than double the initial price. Plus, my grey hair was untouched. Not a happy camper.

I have gotten my hair done 3 times. I have settled twice with how my hair turned out. This 3rd time was a wrap. I requested that i have my natural color with highlights underneath ( carmel peek a boos) ive had this done many times. I consulted with the stylist advised what i wanted she confirmed with can do it. Great. She said no more than 130. Great. When i got home after the appointment i looked in a very well lit room and it is not what i asked for. The hightlights are uneven at that and less on one side than the other. W... read more
