We spoke on the phone...it was supposed to be a video call but the app wasn't working. He was very nice and sent a prescription to Martin's for me.
My husband and I both really liked Raphael when we met him for an issue my husband was having. I was very happy when I realized he was now working with my family practice. I am impressed with his kindness, ability to make patients feel comfortable and most importantly, his expertise and knowledge. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
