Sales and quoting seemed to go OK , they did this by the phone and pictures of meter box and othe rimportant factors like where it was going to be situated. Tried to get speak with somebody with a view to getting a quote but failed… wasted time speaking with a polite but useless Filipino, who didn’t understand much and who wanted me to register all my details via the web in order to proceed.
VoltX Energy handled the installation without any drama. The installation team kept things tidy around the side of the house and made sure the cabling was neat before heading off. It’s been running for a bit now and we haven’t had any issues with the power flow. But the best part was seeing the app actually reflect the energy savings in real-time. Everything was left clean and the system is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do
VoltX was great to deal with, even though they were so busy during this period, they still had time to resolve any questions. And the installer was no fuss installer - brilliant.
