I recently purchased all of my Victron equipment from Volts for my 5th wheel trailer. They have the best price, best service and quick shipping. They are helpful and make suggestions on the equipment and offer help if needed after installation. A special thank you to Harnoor for all his excellent help and communication. Needless to say that I'm a big fan of Volts and highly recommend them.
I live in Southern Alberta where it's difficult to source solar equipment locally for DIY projects. I've made a number of orders from Volts over the past few years, the last 2 orders being solar panels. All orders arrived as described without any issues. Only thing that would make them better would be a store front on this side of Canada. Thanks for supporting the DIY community.

Nous avons contacté Volts Energies pour la garantie et ils n'ont pas voulu nous aider et nous ont simplement dit de contacter le fabricant directement ce qui est à l'encontre de la Loi sur la protection du consommateur au Québec. Alors attention si vous achetez de cette entreprise, il ni aura pas de soutien de leur part si vous avez des problèmes avec un de leurs produits...

Excellent people to work with. We had our Generator installed by another company about 18 months ago, however generator stopped working last month and they didn't reply our calls. We got Volts referral from my uncle. Spiro was our contact person, who is always reachable and able to answer our questions, today a very pleasant Dave-Eric technician came and was able to solve the problem in minutes and he also explained basic working of Generator. Very happy with their service .
