I received an inverter that was completely crushed inside the box, despite the shipping box itself arriving in good condition. This suggests a major issue with either their internal packaging or how the item was handled before it even left. I recently purchased all of my Victron equipment from Volts for my 5th wheel trailer. They have the best price, best service and quick shipping. They are helpful and make suggestions on the equipment and offer help if needed after installation. A special thank you to Harnoor for all his excellent help and communication. Needless to say that I'm a big fan of Volts and highly recommend them.
I live in Southern Alberta where it's difficult to source solar equipment locally for DIY projects. I've made a number of orders from Volts over the past few years, the last 2 orders being solar panels. All orders arrived as described without any issues. Only thing that would make them better would be a store front on this side of Canada. Thanks for supporting the DIY community.
