Not good seats
Really disappointed with my experience. I was told I’d be able to ride the scooter, but it’s rarely ever in working condition. Every time I go to use it, there’s some issue with it not running properly or needing repairs. It’s frustrating being told one thing and then constantly dealing with something that doesn’t actually work. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
Service was pretty crap
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Having pick up the Voltrium Pro Plus in January there has been nothing but issues. First multiple punctures, the first was just a freak incident large metal spike went through the tyre - bad luck. Then 2 more by the start of March. It was fixed in late Jan.... Both did not show anything penetrate the outer tyre yet it was claimed that the inner tube is punctured and it must be happening somewhere I'm riding..... no flat at the front, just the back...... weird?!?!?! the riding space I'm using only man... read more
I would give zero stars if that were possible. Do not deal with Voltrium. They had my scooter for nine weeks. During that time, I made 11 phone calls, sent 18 messages, and made repeated requests just to receive a basic update. Communication was consistently poor, and promised timeframes and follow-ups never eventuated. In the end, I had to collect my scooter without a diagnosis being completed.
