I brought my scooter to Voltrium under warranty due to a malfunctioning front motor. Unfortunately, the repair process took almost three months, which is an unreasonably long time for a warranty repair. While the issue was eventually fixed, the extended delay caused significant inconvenience and a lack of confidence in their after-sales support. For 3 weeks have been waiting for response about faulty battery as its under warranty and nothing . Obviously being AUSTRALIAN company you expect responses to emails and questions . These guys after 12 months hide from you . Dont do it to your self golfers they are quick to make invoice but go silent when its warranty or issue with ROGUE GOLF SCOOTER .
