The quoting and booking procedure was floorless. Correspondences was first class. Electrician turned up on time and kept the area clean at all times. He was informative letting me know when he was going to cut the power as I work from home and had meetings online. He explained the remote control and all the functions as it was different to the other 3 units we have.
