Excellent Staff! I brought my bike in for maintenance. I forgot the bike technician's name but he assisted me so well and gave lots of tips on maintaining my bike. Thanks for such great service!

So I am giving 3 stars because I like the products and the price is great. But my experience with service has not been good in the least. My experiences with issues have not been what I thought it would be. 1st issue was pedals. I had 1 pedal that was tight and not spinning and the other was making noise as I thought but turned out to be crank arm as these are known to be click noise as they move slightly so keep them tight.
