Don't want to rewrite, this is the e-mail I sent customer service after I had to send my battery back to warranty (stopped working after a month without being used) Follow up: I received the fixed battery, and I must say I'm very disappointed.The cause of the issue was that the battery died in just 1 month without a charge when it's supposed to last 3 months. I'm grateful for entering the PEV world. Jason assisted me during my visit to Voltbike. Exceptional genuine individual taking the time to discuss the features of my new acquisition, Yukon 750 limited. I have a 6 vehicle fleet at home varying from 2 wheel to AWD. I now commute to work via dedicated bike route from South Vancouver to busy Downtown Vancouver. This has been one of the most liberating things I've adopted getting to work. Thank you volt bike for a kickstart to my new addiction :)

I base my purchase decisions on several factors but customer service is at the top of the list. I had a problem with my Volt Bike in Ontario but received excellent customer service from Jason in British Columbia. He went over and above to get me the part I needed despite DHL dropping the ball and losing the package. Jason sent the part a second time when I didn't receive the first one although I only paid once.
