For the last four months, I've been using my voltbike as my main method of commuting to work. Initially I'd only planned to use it on days with nice weather, but this quickly turned to an every day affair. Be aware: They don't update negative reviews on their website for their bikes. Don't be fooled by 5-star reviews which might not be actual rating.

Don't want to rewrite, this is the e-mail I sent customer service after I had to send my battery back to warranty (stopped working after a month without being used) Follow up: I received the fixed battery, and I must say I'm very disappointed.The cause of the issue was that the battery died in just 1 month without a charge when it's supposed to last 3 months. I left the bike fully charged in my bedroom and went on vacation, just to find it was completely dead and wouldn't recharge anymore on my return. I had to pay shipping ... read more
