I had an excellent experience at Voltamed Community Clinic. From the front desk and information desk to the nurses and doctors, everyone was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for. If you just looking for new primary care and wonderful services go to try this clinic you will not regret at all . I changed my Primary Care Provider after being frustrated with my previous PCP of several years. Previous PCP - could never get an appt unless it's 1 month out, and it felt so impersonal, as if the doctor did not know who I was. I asked my Insurance to find me a different PCP and said that I felt anybody else would be better. So I have had 3 o4 4 visits now with Voltamed. Catherine NP has seen me on every visit. Catherine is amazing and made me feel super reassured. The staff there are also friendly but there was one girl that was super low energy and mumbled. I don’t really care because she was nice and everyone talks differently, but it made me feel like I was bothering her 🥀. I hope she’s okay. That’s not the reason I took a star away though. One reason is that the location is atrocious. I know they can’t do anything about it but it’s next to a smoke shop for god’s sake .
