Well I'm gobsmacked, Steve and Khai installed 2 Split Systems for me today. They did what other Companies were making somewhat of an issue of. They were absolutely great, they just got on with it, Steve installed the Outside units on a wall to my top floor Apartment, he did a brilliant job. Khai handled the inside Units to each bedroom and again a brilliant job. I had a Fujitsu split system installed yesterday and couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of the installation. As soon as I spoke to Rachael and Steve I didn't bother with any more quotes. The price was fair and reasonable. The installation went smoothly and Steve and Yu went well beyond my expectations. Everything was straight-forward and free of any fuss. I appreciated first class service in every respect. Thank you.

Had an issue while installation by a third party contractor. Although the issue was raised to the team after quite a lot if time but Steve was there to help rectify the issue. Loved the fact that even after a significant amount of time they did help to make things right. Appreciate the service and recommend it.
