Alex at the Palestine location was very patient and helpful with all my questions [smoker trying to quit and transitioning to vaping] and was overflowing with knowledge. Team over there won’t sell you anything that isn’t for you, don’t get hoodwinked at other shops, I would definitely recommend Alex and the team over at Voltage Vape!! Give that man a raise!!!

Bought a vapor on a Saturday it would not stay charged for a whole hour returned to the store in Jacksonville, tx were I purchased it on Tuesday they were so rude refused to refund my money so guess what ,after being a customer for as long as they have been in Jacksonville,tx they will no longer have any of my business ,very rude . if they are gona sale this stuff they need to have a return policy (money back) if it is no good.

Ordered some house juice 100ml of straplicious, 30ml monster, and 30ml of tigers blood and a velocity mini rda clone, got it today and its all awesome love the flavor and vapor production put out by the velocity mini clone got it on my sigelei 150tc running just at 45 watts with a .25 dual 5 wrap 24 gauge macro coils, running samsung 25rs and im in love.... Wish i didnt live here in California so i could personally thank you for awesome service and over all great action and response and protection of your customers.. keep up... read more
