Knowledgeable company, quick install, good price and easy process HOWEVER be prepared to service your panels on your own. We’ve been strung along for the last 13 months trying to have panels services post hurricane and they will not come out due to “needing to install as many customers as possible before solar credits go away”. Worst customer service I’ve seen and the owner will consistently argue me down. I’ve informed her of several panels being out and she refuses to honor her warranty at this time.
My delivery and installation began yesterday. Right in the middle of getting the electrical ready Tyler spotted a safety issue and notified us right away. During the repair of the issue another problem was spotted that required a lot more work and was preventing me from getting power to the home. Tyler and his crew stayed on site until FPL was able to get here and ensured that we were able to get the power back on and everything is safe. Do not hire Voltage Pro Solar or Brenda Probasco. I signed a contract for install and instead got harassment, intimidation, and repeated threats from the contractor. She substituted panels, bungled permitting, and then directed me to the permit office — “If it makes you feel better, you can go down there in person.” When I followed her direction and the city approved the wrong permit, she turned and blamed me: “You got it issued with the old 2023 engineering… it has created a great deal of confusion.” That was manipulation: ... read more
My previous solar provider is now defunct, but Voltage Pro was assigned my Enphase system as the new default service provider. When I moved to a new home, I wanted to get an affordable local provider after hearing terrible things about Tesla's solar service. Brenda from Voltage Pro came out in person within a week and took drone shots and asked questions and got me a quote very quickly. I recently had an issue with my solar panel array that required a service call. Tyler called ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, and was very professional throughout the service call. More importantly he got my system back up and running quickly, even adding additional functionality that I didn't have access to previously!
