Do not hire Voltage Pro Solar or Brenda Probasco. I signed a contract for install and instead got harassment, intimidation, and repeated threats from the contractor. When I moved to a new home, I wanted to get an affordable local provider after hearing terrible things about Tesla's solar service. Brenda from Voltage Pro came out in person within a week and took drone shots and asked questions and got me a quote very quickly. I recently had an issue with my solar panel array that required a service call. Tyler called ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, and was very professional throughout the service call. More importantly he got my system back up and running quickly, even adding additional functionality that I didn't have access to previously! Had an issue with one of my solar inverters and the company that installed my system is no longer in business, so I called Voltage Pro Solar and electric. They had my system back up and running in short order and tested my entire system to website my problem was resolved. The technician was very knowledgeable about the system and very friendly to deal with. He also advised me that they will soon be offering a battery backup system for solar clients without a generator to cover them during an outage. I would highly recommend ... read more
