The vibes in this studio and in class are the best—truly unmatched. I’ve lost 20 pounds in 3 months just by adding this class to my routine. It’s HOT—bring a towel (or two) and lots of water. If you’re ready to sweat and see real results, this is the place.

For years I swore SPIN was not for me so I never took an interest until 1 day I decided to try the first class which is always FREE and 6 years later I am still spinning and winning. I’ve tried other classes while I am on the road traveling but NOBODY coaches SPIN like Coach Marie! It is in her. She is passionate about it and does it for the love of it and the love for us! Not only Is the studio immaculate but the music Is always bumping and the vibe infectious. I am a proud devoted voltage indoor SPINNER🚴🏾
I love this place!!!! This place is amazing fill me up with energy every day. The people are amazing Marie the coach and honor it’s wonderful. She makes sure I get to my workout every day. I’m pushes me to the limit and got me back in shape. I love my body again!
My favorite place to cycle very clean amazing music great environment. Marie is the sweetest she’s the teacher and owner very educated and well versed. Her energy is the best! Definitely cut or here u will burn fat gain muscle ..
