Asked the business to install an EV charging outlet and the company install 50 AMPs breaker without doing the correct math for the load. I reached out to the owner thinking that there is an issue with the install as it led to overloading the main breaker which is maintained by the HOA. The owner stopped by and claimed that the installation is correct. The problem is not with the installation as it's with the load and the breaker used. Amazing job by Volta. Even replaced a fan that was broken upon purchase. Very reliable and easy to communicate with. Prompt response and great pricing. Followed the cities permitting guidelines well.
Was initially pleased until the fixture I had Volta install, but it stopped working and circuit breaker tripping. I was told twice, once by text and once over the phone they would send someone out to check it but nothing. Gave them another chance via text to make good on their promise to send someone out before I posted this review and was ignored. Buyer beware. You’ll want to pick a more established company even if you have to wait. I’m gonna have to pay twice to get the job done right.
Sergio and his team did an amazing work for our bath remodel. We installed a new stackable washer and dryer as part of the remodel. They did work for that and wiring for a mini split unit in a completely different bedroom. They are easy to work with and very professional. Would hire them again for future electrical work.
