Mr. Slim was on time and a very good driver. He got us to our destination smoothly and helped load and unload all of our VERY heavy luggage!

We’ve had nothing but problems: • Hidden charges: Tolls and unexplained fees added to invoices without transparency. • Vehicle misrepresentation: We were told we’d receive a 14-passenger vehicle but were given only a 7-passenger van, which completely failed to meet our group’s needs. • Unreliable operations: Repeated issues, lack of accountability, and unprofessional communication.
