They never answer their phone, nor does any other office. Also, nobody returns calls left on their voicemail from this office. I’m convinced they’re out of business. Their voicemail greeting doesn’t even state you’re calling Volt such as other locations, and has extremely poor reviews. Very disappointing customer service and professionalism. Not certain if they’re working remotely and no accountability, but you cannot run an employment agency without follow-up.

This place is a scam. I work full time in manufacturing with benefits. I am applying for better positions and accidentally applied for a position through these guys. They are listing job posts as a full time job, like a legit business, but they are a contract agency. Contract agencies usually don't have any benefits or guaranteed hours. volt workforce leaves job postings opennings when there is no job available. When you ask them about this they are rude and give no answers.

Watch your hours very carefully. You worked worked the hours, you should get paid for the hours.
