If I could give this company negative stars, I would. The customer service I’ve experienced on every single call and text message with this company has been unbelievably unprofessional and downright unacceptable. They completely forgot about our scheduled appointment, only to tell me on the day of that no one was available. After I hung up in frustration, they had the audacity to text me later saying they might have someone available the next morning — as if that somehow made up for wasting my time. I needed some outlets and lights rewired, so I had Volt Tech come out. They came out the next day, arrived on time, and fixed the issues. It was very affordable and they had great customer service! I appreciate your hard work. You guys are the best :)
