The customer service I’ve experienced on every single call and text message with this company has been unbelievably unprofessional and downright unacceptable. They completely forgot about our scheduled appointment, only to tell me on the day of that no one was available. After I hung up in frustration, they had the audacity to text me later saying they might have someone available the next morning — as if that somehow made up for wasting my time.
