My wife won a free cut and color on Facebook she said she wanted 3-4 inches cut off she cut off over a foot and messed up the color and jacked her hair all up I do not recommend amber

Walked in with my friend, as she was looking for a quick bang trim. Waited about 5 minutes in their seating area before a woman came out. My friend asked about a quick bang trim and the woman was EXTREMELY rude. Working in customer service, I am absolutely appalled at her behavior. She said “I said no” after my friend asked about possibly fitting her in. If my friend had been rude, I wouldn’t be writing this. But she wasn’t at all.
