Bought my surron here the kid who was working on my bike seemed to not even enjoy his job on top of that he didn’t put the bolts in the right order on top of that all my bolts came out stripped very very disappointed on top of the fact that they couldn’t even put on my bash gaurd or shift lock on properly which is very easy if you are fimlar on working with bikes 0/10 go somewhere else next time these guys don’t know how to run a business
DO NOT TAKE YOUR E-RIDE HERE. I can not begin to explain the level of incompetence. We took my son’s new E-Ride Pro SS here due to it malfunctioning. They said they were an authorized dealer and repair shop. After getting no answers for a month my son asked me to call them. They get on the phone and say “the tech who knows how to work on them hasn’t been here and we think it’s a motor issue. Super cool and knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend this shop and called 15 other places who could not help when Volt House could.
Josh is amazing and takes great pride in his work! Pays attention to detail and always goes above and beyond to turn work around quickly .
