AMAZING customer service following a miscommunication that left me incredibly frustrated. They were informative, knew what they were doing, met my needs and were friendly.
Stone age credit union that needs to be closed permanently. I get fraud alerts for charges that go through every month. Their Atm' s don't ever work. No real drive through..you have to go in to see a person.. They won't cash personal checks over a certain amount without putting a hold on it even if you have plenty of money in your account to cover it.
