I've been with Volt Credit Union about 40 years. I started with it before I got married and it was Mid Am Credit Union. In all that time, they have only made one mistake. They bounced a check that I had written to my mother as payment for small loan from her! Embarrassed me to death. Lol I called them, the recognized their mistake and sent her a letter saying it was their mistake! I was pretty impressed by that. They have low interest rates and don't make mistakes.
