After a year @volofit is the BEST place for HIIT classes. I'm never bored. Every day, there is a different high energy intense class. Love it!!! 💥💥_------------ Just can say WOW! I joined this place almost 5 weeks ago and the workouts have exceeded my expectations. I literally just had a class and honestly, my energy level is over the top. The class was intense, but it was totally fine to take a beat and rest. Awesome vibe and really great people.
I just finished my first HIIT class, and wow, it was an amazing workout! I wasn't sure what to expect since it was my first time, but I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming, and I can already tell it's a fantastic place to get fit and have fun!
Clear and challenging workouts that are never boring. Expect to sweat and definitely feel the results.
