2 yrs later its not any better folks. Ive been here 5x this year and into a doc right away almost every time, to then sit 2-3 plus hrs. They are 1 tracked minded or with all those forklifts in there doing whatever they seek to be doing is inefficient but hey not there time they waste.. 1 time of 5 i was gone in 1hr. They are nice enough to give restroom access.
Came here for delivery. Have to wait few minutes for an empty dock. Unloading was done in 40 minutes. Only drawback is they don't have any restrooms for drivers.
My appointment was at 8 am and I checked in at 7 am. They gave me the dock at 10:30 am and it was empty at 12:30 pm. Wasting a lot of time, loading and unloading all the trucks at one dock.
I got some boxes from them best cutomer service ever. Lady in the front office was so kind and sweet helped me every step of the way. They went above and beyond. Thank you.
Definitely a hard working business, it was a quick unload.
