Wow…we bought a $1400 toaster oven and have only had it for four months. When we purchased it they told us it came with a one year parts and labor. Now two elements have went out and KaTom told us we have to go through the manufacture to get it covered. We call Vollrath and they don’t cover elements….well is that not considered a part.
