Dont even waste your time going to this place. Theyre usually over-priced, and never give a fair amount for your trade. I recently went in with a Jeep Wrangler for trade. The Kelly Blue Book trade-in value was \$12,700, and you know what Vollman Ford offered me? \$6700. What a joke, especially considering every other dealership in the area was offering me over \$12,000 for it. On top of that it took them a week to get back with me about the trade offer. Waste of my time. Ill never go there again.

Buyer Beware! If you must use this dealership do your homework. I did a lot of research and was able to keep the upper hand. It was too stressful. There were a few things that needed to be addressed before I brought the car home, like really bad windshield wipers and rear power tailgate not opening. Well, those fell on deaf ears and have to be resolved yet. They also quit cleaning out the car when I said Id buy it. To boot they gave me no gas to get home with, when I asked he mocked me.

Vollman Ford did a great job polishing the exterior of my vehicle so that I could put it in storage for the winter. I would be pleased to recommend them for any of your future car needs. Their service was outstanding.

Vollman Ford has always treated me as family, whether I go in for Sales or Service it is always the same courteous treatment. In service they always know me by name the moment I walk in and the owner himself, George Vollman, always make sure to swing by and say Hi while I am there. Ford should be proud to have a dealership like Vollman promoting their products.
