This place was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. I believe the person I spoke with was the owner, an older gentleman, and he became unnecessarily hostile simply because I asked a question. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, he refused my business and told me never to return. Additionally, they require a cash deposit, and the amount seems to vary depending on who is working. The lack of consistency and professionalism made the entire experience very unpleasant. Ended up at the orchard
Nick was so kind and got us checked in when we arrived without plans in the late evening. Parking right in front of the door made it quick. Cozy clean rooms
This is the best motel in ukiah very nice people clean rooms excellent location
