Great place to work
My car is DUMPING GASOLINE onto the street due to a RECALL caused by manufacturer negligence! The dealership isn’t able to get me in for months. They instructed me to call corporate to see if I could get a rental car, towing, or anything. They said there is nothing they will do! This is not only an extreme inconvenience, this is serious safety issue. VW prioritizes profits over safety.
It pains me to write this, but it must be said: Audi Dominion and Audi America are an absolute disgrace. After owning five Audis, I expected better. I trusted Audi Dominion to sell me a quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle instead, they handed me a 2020 Audi Q5 riddled with severe oil consumption issues from day one.
