This was my first visit to Volkswagen Waterloo. It was tire time and the showroom was filled with tires, so the place smelled like rubber. The booking we as very pleasant and inviting and I was looking forward to going to VW Waterloo, but I felt like the staff on site were indifferent to my presence. The work was well done and my car was washed for me. What was missing was a feeling that I was important to them.
I needed a new headlamp for my 2017 GTI, which was already out of warranty. Mike (the service manager) went above and beyond, to speak with the regional manager to get this covered for me. It saved me $$$$. Along with Jade (the service advisor), both Mike and Jade always kept me updated about the installation, since the part had to be ordered from the US.
