Myself and my fiancée have both purchased certified pre owned vehicles from this dealership and they are always super friendly and helpful with purchase as well as with all service and warranty appointments we have brought our vehicles in for. Also have to give a big thanks to Curtis in the parts department for helping me with my corrosion warranty, I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times because of the snow and he made sure to get my appointment rescheduled as quickly as possible so I could get the work completed ... read more
I’ve been dealing with Volkswagen St. John’s for the past 10 years and have only good things to say about the service and staff that I have dealt with. I have especially been dealing with Craig Collin’s on most of my issues I’ve had and his been nothing but helpful in every way he can. I would also like to give a shout out to Krystal my service adviser who is a great person to deal with. I would highly recommend Volkswagen to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle.
