I recently had my Volkswagen Jetta serviced here for an oil change. Just a few days later, my check engine light came on. I took my car to AutoZone, where the scan showed an oil pressure regulating valve electrical malfunction. Almost 2 hours for a simple cabin/engine filter replacement and oil change. This is my complementary service for recently purchasing the vehicle, otherwise I would not recommend this.
While the level of service is satisfactory, the rates they charge are objectively too much. $120 for a tire rotation? $215 just to check all the sensors? I consented to this because my sun roof wouldn't close, but they ran diagnostics instead of cleaning it out (which is all that was necessary) $250 to replace a fuel filter? I needed the service done, and it was done well, and in a timely manner, they just charge you an arm and a leg to get it done. Siempre fue el sitio perfecto para llevar mi carro. Hasta el momento en que se empezo a ver que no estaban haciendo el trabajo bien. La ultima vez que estuve me querian cobrar por una repacion que supuestamente ya le habian hecho en el pasado, lo que me hizo evidenciar que no estaban realizando el trabajo pero si lo estaban cobrando.
