While the level of service is satisfactory, the rates they charge are objectively too much. $120 for a tire rotation? $215 just to check all the sensors? I consented to this because my sun roof wouldn't close, but they ran diagnostics instead of cleaning it out (which is all that was necessary) $250 to replace a fuel filter? I needed the service done, and it was done well, and in a timely manner, they just charge you an arm and a leg to get it done. Siempre fue el sitio perfecto para llevar mi carro. Hasta el momento en que se empezo a ver que no estaban haciendo el trabajo bien. La ultima vez que estuve me querian cobrar por una repacion que supuestamente ya le habian hecho en el pasado, lo que me hizo evidenciar que no estaban realizando el trabajo pero si lo estaban cobrando. Una decepción y falta de respeto para un cliente recurrente. I called the service department. They were kind and said they were going to return my call about my inquiry but they didn’t. Then I called again and they said the same thing but never called me back.
