Nothing but problems with the staff and communication and the actual repairs of my car. Not only did they have my car for over six weeks to fix the SECOND water pump that they have done, it was on a flatbed truck back to the dealership same day after I got it back. The service manager was always busy and would never return a phone call. Not once through this entire process was I checked in on or even offered to make this experience any better.
