Excellent communication during the diagnostic phase as well as the.service portion. The issue was fixed
Had vehicle into shop for two weeks trying to figure out faulty speedometer (5-6 mph over displayed) and high pitched noise coming from engine compartment. Neither one were fixed upon pickup. It was explained that speed was within standard deviation. Nothing could be done with high pitched noise. Purchased vehicle less than eight months ago.Will never buy another VW.
