I am very happy with the service my Audi received! Collin, the driver, Mike, and Brynna all contributed to the excellent experience. The video of the car’s service was informative. The recall of the vehicle was fixed. Happy I’m able to get my Audi serviced in the area.
Can't say enough good things about my service advisor Collin. He is polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Luckily for me, he is also an Audi enthusiast, and was helpful in teaching me things about my S4 I didn't even know. He also helped with a situation that could have gone poorly to end up going smoothly. Couldn't be happier with him.
Had my annual Audi service. Service advisor Jason was most professional in explaining the work to be done. Accommodations at Morrie’s La Crosse are first class. Service work was well done with complementary car wash a nice extra. Thanks for great service!
