I was initially very happy with this service center. My TDI was diagnosed with a DPF failure. I was told I exhausted the warranty claim, although a claim was initially made within the time that my extended warranty was still valid. As opposed to finding a direct fix to my DPF issue, I was told the car is mechanically fine, but I cannot drive it as they cannot assure that a DPF sensor reset would work.
