My experience with the service department has been extremely disappointing. I called ahead about a tire issue, brought my vehicle in, and then waited an excessive amount of time. After all that waiting, I was told they had forgotten to even begin working on my car. When they finally serviced the vehicle, they performed a routine service but failed to address the tire issue I had originally brought it in for.
