Long story short: I had a terrible experience with OKC Volkswagen. They sold me a car with a check engine light, refused to show the diagnostic codes, and assured us it was minor. Two days later, the light came back on with multiple serious codes. When I returned, they claimed it needed major repairs without even inspecting it.
