Ryan, the team service manager, was so helpful and reassuring! We had a coolant sensor issue and the team fixed our car quickly and answered all questions we had. They were so helpful, kind, and professional!
I came in because the charger for my Id4 wasn't charging consistently. Dave was so helpful and communicative. I knew exactly what I was getting every step of the way and he kept me informed about next steps. He set me up with a rental when they needed to keep my car overnight, and made sure I was happy with my work a few days after. The mechanic working on my car sent me videos throughout the process and I felt very taken care of. Will absolutely be back!
