The part was back-ordered but once it came in the service was done very quickly. Maleigha in the Service Department kept me informed as to what was happening with the part and when the work was completed. She was very friendly when I arrived to pick up my Passat.

I brought my VW ID.4 in for an unknown clicking noise coming from the rear when I would accelerate and decelerate, on Saturday 7/25. The technician that greeted was friendly and welcoming. I cannot remember her name but she had really neat tattoos. She let me know they would begin digging into the issue immediately and that I was welcome to hang out in the lobby or venture out and they would text me with updates. Mikahla is consistently an amazing service tech who goes the extra mile for the customer. I have had my vehicle service performed solely at Dick Hannah VW, due to the lifetime mile train warranty.
